Harlan - 15 lbs 12.2 ozs
Lanier - 17 lbs 14.8 ozs
This is the story of the Ashley Twins. This will start at around 21 weeks into the pregnancy. And my goal is to update weekly, could be more could be less. Because daddy has to earn a paycheck.

We have a tooth, sort of
Well Harlan is first on the scene with teeth or rather a tooth. She has the small corner of a front tooth that has now bust through the skin. Very hard to she but its there. Once it really starts coming in, I'll post it.

Lanier's OT/PT
Lanier had her latest OT/PT session on Thursday. We decided that I would take her and leave mom and Harlan at home. It seemed to work out well and Lanier really enjoyed her daddy one on one time. Afterwards we hit the store and did a little shopping, which she enjoyed.
As far as the session went, they said that she is right on track with her development and gave me some pointers to help her and Harlan. Both workers were amazed at how much she has grown in 3 months and thought she was the best little baby.
We have our next session in October.

Baby Boo-Boo
Well Harlan had her first boo-boo. In her attempt to learn to crawl, she managed to travel, slide, hop or some some versions there of to move about 4 feet. This move occurred as I was leaving the room and dana was going into the room.
What she managed to do was hit her hed on the fireplace right as Dana was reaching down for her. The bump was gone within a day and after a few minutes she didn't seem to notice. Nor did it change the way she is moving.
Here's a pic of the boo-boo, it's right in the center of her forehead

Eating like big girls
Well the girls are starting to get the hang of eating. We have tried a number of different stage 1 foods, they seem to like just about everything. We have gone through, pears, peaches, peas, carrots, green beans, squash and bananas. The only one I think they could do without was the butternut squash. I'll have to double check that since we have been through so many. So far, none have given them any issues.
On the sleep front, Harlan was doing so well, but she seems to have hit a new stage where she wants to be up more. While Lanier is hitting the stage where we think she will begin to sleep more. We have decided that they are about 3 weeks about on some things, this being one of them.
We have Lanier's OT/PT this week, I'll post what comes out of that later. Also hoping to get the camera out and upload some pics from their trip to Illinois to see their Great Grandmother.
